In a world where we’re constantly moving, thinking, and doing, many of us are living in a state of ongoing stress without even realizing it. Over time, this can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and simply trying to get through the day.
This workshop is designed to give you simple, practical tools to support your nervous system—so you can better navigate stress, feel more balanced in your daily life, and create space for what truly matters to you.
You’ll be introduced to a toolkit of supportive practices you can begin using right away, along with the science behind how and why they work.
Drawing from my work as a yoga teacher and my training in trauma-informed yoga, this experience blends science, education, and embodied practice.
